Genesta can be engaged to be the single point of contact for managing all your hardware and related service contracts, from multiple vendors. We use a tracking system with online visibility, to ensure that your hardware is configured properly and ready to use when returned to production. We can also maintain a hot spare pool, to minimize production losses to due lengthy replacement part delivery timelines.

We will work with the hardware manufacturer to ensure your contracts are co-termed to your specifications as well as keep up with expiration dates and renewals.

Genesta offers multiple service options that can be custom-tailored to your organizationds needs.

With our “per incident” pricing, you don’t have to pay an annual maintenance/retainer fee. We charge a flat fee per incident, so you only pay for what you need. No long term contracts. No ongoing retainers.

With our on-going contract pricing, you can either pay an annual or quarterly fee and have options up to 24/7 support coupled with our hardware and contract management services.
