Randon Crowell, Hardware Management

No stranger to the ins and outs of hardware, Randon wrote his first computer program in 1969. Yes, Randon has been doing this for a very long time. He earned his bachelor's degree while serving eight years in the U.S. Army. He spent the 80s and 90s writing application software at Telxon and as a private contractor for more than 100 companies, including Shell Oil, American Airlines, Southland Corporation, McLane, Sysco, Circle K, Fleming Foods, Grocery Supply, Gourmet Foods, Cardinal Healthcare, Foxmeyer Drug, McKesson Pharmaceutical, Michaels Stores, American Media, and more. Now, Randon is the head of Genesta's hardware management segment, and thus also the resident service contract expert. Randon's hobbies include coming to the office to repair or configure hardware and playing occasional pranks on the network guys.
